This could be a motivating factor for players to resubscribe.Īgain, as long as the price is reasonable. I think a monthly subscription option could work, but would be tougher to implement and could cause the server to die out just from people not resubscribing.Īlthough, accounts who dont resubscribe could lose their vmode privileges and just become sitting ducks. Im sure as long as the price is reasonable, that people will join. But if that is not possible, then we should hold a community vote for server settings.Īs for the cost v0ldem0rt, GF can check how much money a new server brings in approximately and then divide that by the amount of players who will participate in the new server. It would be nice to have a few different servers like this with different speeds. I personally think 2x fleet is a little slow. One time payment for an even playing field? This would bring a lot of players and make a really fun server!! Also the number of players actually willing to join would set the size of the universe, meaning if only 100 players joined we don't need a 9 galaxy universe. I would think x1 everything but some would at least want a faster economy and research speed. And I'm not sure on what the ideal settings would have to be.

It unfortunately would take a lot of advertising and exposure to get a lot of the older players who left for this reason to potentially come back and try again.

I would think it could create a very competitive universe with everyone knowing there won't be those players that run off doubling or tripling score of everyone else right out of the gate. There is no options to buy more DM or in game items, only items you can get would be from the auction house. My thought, what if there was a server created where players purchased a ticket to join? Everyone would get officers and $20 of DM. A case of army rations 4 This is your basic food intake Maps of the Atlantic Ocean 13 Worthless without navigation equipment. Below are the instructions, life attributes, and the seven scenarios we made up. 25 liters will supply water rations for your group for several days. The game leads to lots of discussion about values, and becomes pretty spirited (and hilarious) as you argue why your team's attributes would make you the most successful in each scenario. A 25 liter container of water 3 Vital to restore fluids lost through perspiration. We also all understand that ogame has to make money, that is why someone created and continues to run the game. Atlantic Ocean and the netting is useless for anything else. So we all know your large DM spenders are what kill universes faster and plummet players interest to continue playing the game.
